Does the class include printed materials?
Every class receives a comprehensive, customized handout to keep as a reference. Copies of Elizabeth Danziger’s book on business writing, Get to the Point!, are available at a discounted price.
My team is all over the country and they cannot sit attend a half- or full-day webinar. What can we do?
For geographically dispersed teams, we recommend a series of shorter webinars. All our onsite programs can be broken up into webinars of 90 minutes to two hours. Contact us for details.
Can these programs be offered anywhere in the United States?
Yes, we travel to our clients.
English is not my first language. Do I have to take the ESL program or can I go straight into the business writing trainings?
You will certainly gain from attending the business writing trainings and webinars. However, if your verbs, articles, and sentence structures do not have the feel of the native speaker, the ESL coaching should come first. Our ESL coach, Serena Gould, can provide an assessment and recommendation. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer editing and writing services?
We offer limited editing and writing services to our clients. If you have an email or report that needs a second set of eyes, contact us about editing it. We rarely take on writing projects and consider them on a case-by-case basis.
Will this training make me good at grammar?
If your grammar background is average, the training will remind you of what you used to know and improve your skills. If you are weak at grammar, we will recommend additional resources to you.
What is the Maximum Class Size?
We recommend groups of up to 20 participants. There is no minimum. For larger groups, contact us to discuss your situation.
